Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa in 1953 put the footsteps of human beings on the summit. The voyage to Everest Base camp is once in a lifetime adventure challenging and achievement; standing in the shadow of the highest peak on Earth.
Everest Base Camp Trekking begins after 40 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Then heading Dudh Koshi River to the gateway of Mount Everest (Namche Bazaar) to introduce with Sherpa culture. Two nights in Namche Bazzar is the proper physical fitness and its acclimatization against acute mountain sickness. Your trek continues the hilltop village of Tengboche: explore the Old Buddhist Monastery and glimpse a view of Mount Everest. Hike to Pangboche, Tengboche, Labuche, and Gorakshep where your dreams come in reality because you live with the shadow of Mount Everest. Another adventure Hike to Everest Base camp, Kalapathar and Khumbu Glacier along with the view of Nuptse, Lhotse, and Amadablam makes your trip unforgettable.

Accommodations and Overnight Stays
Accommodations, once upon arrival in Kathmandu, will include overnight stays at the Samsara in Thamel, Kathmandu. If bookings for the Samsara Hotel are full then you will be accommodated appropriately with similar amenities. During the trek in Upper Mustang you will be accommodated with similar arrangements in guesthouses and local tea houses. Most accommodations along the trek are single rooms with 2 twin bed accommodations, meaning 2 guests per room; personalized accommodations and preference of single occupied rooms will be at an additional charge. Attached wash facilities are available in Kathmandu but in most cases are shared spaces during the trek.
*Difficulties are common in higher regions for requests of single rooms.
Meals and Nutrition
During your trekking adventure, AMC will provide you with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Usually, breakfast and dinner will be provided at your guest house accommodations, and lunch, depending on our geographical location and stent of the journey, will be consumed along the trail. While visiting Kathmandu, breakfast is provided and the rest of your nutritional needs will be up to you, with a wide variety of different cuisines available. During the trek, it is far more common to feast on local Nepalese cuisine and Tibetan cuisine.
